Feel free to delete this after uploaded. I tried to compress it last time and it didn't play. This time I compressed it and was only a few dozen mb smaller - so I just used the original. I'll focus more on compression when it's done.
Yes, it's meant to very busy and work on multiple levels - inviting people to rewatch repeatedly to catch everything.
Pretty much finished:

1. Video edit.
2. Music edit.
3. Tweaking of everything so far, except...

Remaining To Do:

1. Add vocal recordings for the blue and green text.
2. Finish the yellow essay.
3. Promotion.
4. Update Projex.Wiki pages.

Improvement suggestions welcomed. The elections are on April 28. This has to be finished and released ASAP.
